Maintenance Agreements

Getting your heating and cooling system inspected and serviced before the heat of summer and the cold of winter is one of the smartest things you can do. Spring and fall inspections can prevent the possibility of a small problem becoming a larger problem. A well maintained system can help to reduce the amount of unnecessary and costly repairs, and that is why Allied-Phillips, Inc. recommends one of our maintenance agreements. We offer a complimentary spring and fall inspection for the first year after any new installation.

Here are just some of the benefits of having a long-term maintenance agreement:

• Priority Service over non-agreement customers
• Maintain and validate manufacturer's warranties
• Reduce the risk of costly repairs
• Two complete inspections - to be performed in the Spring & Fall
• Replacement or repair of parts at no additional cost*
• Labor required for any service, repair, or replacement of covered parts at no additional cost*
• Increased efficiency and reduction of energy costs
• Maintain safe operation and improve comfort & reliability

* Services not included: thermal expansion valve (TXV), switch-over valve/accumulators, sheet metal, humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, filters (cleaning or replacement), programmable and digital thermostats, outdoor disconnect, heat exchangers, panel box breakers & fuse, plumbing and plumbing parts. Also compressors, coils, variable speed motors and associated labor for those parts are not covered under this contract when the manufacturer's warranty expires.

HEAT PUMP, GAS FURNACE & AIR CONDITIONER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

At Allied-Phillips, we offer several Maintenance Plans with different levels of service and protection.  Prices may differ based on number of systems, age, tonnage, and type. This price may increase without notification to the customer.

• A
  PLAN A FULL YEAR PARTS & LABOR COVERAGE - $255.00

  CLEAN AND CHECK … Two complete inspections, which include the cleaning and adjustment of your heating and cooling system(s) to ensure maximum safety and efficiency. Inspections will only be performed in the Spring & Fall during specified times. "No Show" customers void inspection.
  PARTS COVERAGE … Replacement or repair of parts at no additional cost*
  LABOR COVERAGE … Labor required for any service, repair, or replacement of covered parts at no additional cost*
  Priority heating & cooling service during normal business hours at no additional cost.
  24 hr. emergency service at no additional cost. (Emergency service is conducted when outside temperatures reach above or fall below what is considered an emergency level. 24 hour service means Allied-Phillips, Inc. will perform the service within 24 hours of the initial emergency call).
  

  No service call charge.
  *Services not included: thermal expansion valve (TXV), switch-over valve/accumulators, sheet metal, humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, filters (cleaning or replacement), programmable and digital thermostats, outdoor disconnect, heat exchangers, panel box breakers & fuse, plumbing and plumbing parts, or more than two pounds of refrigerant. Also, compressors, coils, variable speed motors and associated labor for those parts are not covered under this contract when the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

  PLAN C INSPECTION ONLY COVERAGE - $150.00

  CLEAN AND CHECK … Two complete inspections, which include the cleaning and adjustment of your heating and cooling system(s) to ensure maximum safety and efficiency. Inspections will only be performed in the Spring & Fall during specified times. Needed parts or associated labor is not included in this plan.
  

  *This plan dictates a service call charge at the discounted rate of $85 for all visits other than Spring and Fall checks.
  24 hr. emergency service at $100 vs. non-maintenance covered persons at $200. (Emergency service is conducted when outside temperatures reach above or fall below what is considered an emergency level. 24-hour service means Allied-Phillips, Inc. will perform the service within 24 hours of the initial emergency call).
  *Non-covered expired warranty parts receive a 10% discount.

  PLAN E FULL YEAR LABOR & INSPECTION COVERAGE - $195.00

  CLEAN AND CHECK … Two complete inspections, which include the cleaning and adjustment of your heating and cooling system(s) to ensure maximum safety and efficiency. Inspections will only be performed in the Spring & Fall during specified times. "No Show" customers void inspection.
  LABOR COVERAGE … Labor required for any service, repair, or replacement of covered parts at no additional cost* Priority heating & cooling service during normal business hours at no additional cost.
